We match you with clients in their homes, allowing you to focus on meaningful, one-on-one care without the stress of overwhelming facility patient ratios.What You'll Do (Job Duties):Daily Living Support: Assist clients with personal hygiene (bathing, showering, shampooing, and grooming) and travel to the bathroom.Nutritional Care: Help prepare and serve meals, assist with feeding as needed, and provide fresh water and snacks.Mobility Assistance: Help clients with ambulating, turning, positioning safely, and getting out of bed.Health Monitoring: Check and record vital signs, weight, and fluid intake/output.Comfort & Communication: Keep clients comfortable and immediately report any changes or observations to the nursing supervisor.Documentation: Complete daily logs, forms, and records accurately to maintain top-tier care operations.Privacy & Professionalism: Protect client confidentiality and follow all agency policies.Job Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalentValid Georgia CNA LicenseCurrent CPR & First Aid Certifications 6 months or more of professional caregiving experienceTop Skills We Look For:Excellent bedside manner, strong judgment, commitment to infection control, medical teamwork, and a passion for creating a safe, effective environment for seniors.Ready to join our team?
