Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures with precision, prioritizing patient comfort and safety.
• Collect, label, and process blood and other specimens using established techniques.
• Ensure the accuracy of collected specimens and perform waived testing as required.
• Prepare specimens for testing or shipment and maintain supplies and equipment.
• Foster a culture of shared knowledge and continuous improvement through collaborative learning opportunities.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1+ year(s) of phlebotomy experience preferred, but we're willing to train motivated individuals.

Strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.

Hands-on experience or completion of a recognized phlebotomy program preferred.

Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Schedule: Full-time positions are available, offering the potential for days and evenings. Our commitment to work-life balance includes rotating weekends (every third) and holidays, empowering you to plan your time well in advance.

Compensation Information:

$15.24 - $42.67

The hourly pay range shown represents the base pay range for this position. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials.
