Working closely with our Events and Marketing teams, you will use Marketo and other marketing technology platforms to build, launch, and optimize email and event campaigns. As a member of the New Media Operations team, you will help establish best practices, improve workflows, and build the processes and systems needed to deliver high quality campaigns efficiently and at scale.We are open to candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA or New York City, NY.To join our team, you should be excited to:Be the point of contact and our dedicated Marketo execution expert for our high volume event/email marketing campaign execution for the vertical teamsHandle multiple priorities, managing tight timelines to deliver flawless end-to-end email/event campaign production and execution, including list segmentation, set-up, testing, execution and optimization in Marketo Build cross-functional relationships across multiple internal & external partners and identify and create efficiencies in current marketing processesManage marketing projects and campaigns in ClickUp to ensure campaign timelines are met and programs are successfully executedOwn and evolve cross vertical event calendar; communicate updates regularlyExcited to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentWork with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, stakeholder management, on-time delivery, and efficient task executionMaintain the health of our database to ensure deliverability and accurate reportingPartner with New Media leaders to develop reporting and analytics - both the data we gather and the way we deliver insightsMinimum QualificationsExpertise and hands on experience in Marketo administration.
