This is accomplished by floor sales, direct marketing, new customer growth, customer service program and store merchandising. Primary Responsibilities The acquisition and maintenance of customers Setting weekly and monthly sales goals and staging products Ensure execution of sales Generate new business Create and implement marketing strategies in the community to generate new sales Handle service issues for customers Assist General Manager with product ordering, including planning for future sales and events Maintain Compliance Requirements High energy level is a must Professional appearance Good computer knowledge Demonstrated selling skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Must be a self-starter Must have a competitive nature Ability to create marketing and sales concepts Qualifications Job Type: Full-time Required education: High school or equivalent Required experience: Sales: 1 year Additional Information Education and/or formal training: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
