Suspension Technician – Advanced Suspension Design

Advanced Suspension Design is looking for a skilled Suspension Technician to join our team. We specialize in suspension systems, drivetrain performance, and off-road builds—this isn’t general repair work. If you’re someone who takes pride in doing precise, high-quality work and wants to grow in a specialty shop, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Install and service suspension systems (lift kits, coilovers, shocks, steering components).
• Perform alignments on stock and modified vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair suspension and driveline issues.
• Work on front and rear differential components (removal, service, rebuilds depending on experience).
• Rebuild shocks and related components.
• Assist with fabrication-related suspension work when needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and accurate job records.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of automotive or suspension experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently without cutting corners.
• Good communication and team mindset.
• Experience with lifted/off-road vehicles is a big plus.
• ASE certifications are a bonus, not required.
• Must have your own tools.
