Job Overview:

Pay Range: $50.00hr - $55.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

Administration and management of production databases.
Basic to advanced troubleshooting skills.
Backup, recovery, and monitoring of databases.
Security assessment and review of database administration and access.
Design, configuration, deploying, troubleshooting, administration, and maintaining systems.
Ensuring project and workload documentation and process are accurate, on time, and stored properly.
Considerable working background in Microsoft SQL database administration.
Knowledge of moving or migrating databases, as well as systems validation after migration.
Experience with SQL versions ranging from 2008 to 2019.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist with migrating existing databases from one hosted platform to a new hosted platform.
Manage architecture and troubleshooting in a production environment.
Handle database administration and backup/recovery management.
Perform daily break/fix incident response on the SQL environment.
Execute updates, restores, and recovery tasks as required.
Support a SQL migration project moving from end-of-life hardware to a new solution.
Communicate effectively within a team environment with peers and stakeholders.
