Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking dedicated professionals for two full-time, onsite contract positions located near North Richland Hills, TX. Positions are available for both Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) and Middle School, with start dates in early August 2026 and assignments continuing through late May or early June 2027.
You’ll be part of a supportive educational environment, providing direct instruction and guidance for students with individualized needs. Elementary campus hours run from 7:10 am to 3:45 pm, while secondary assignments are scheduled from 7:40 am to 4:15 pm, allowing for minor variations due to transportation.
Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Valid Texas Teaching Certificate issued by SBEC with appropriate special education certification
- By September 1, 2025, must hold the Special Education EC–12 certificate or meet SBEC assignment requirements
- Experience working with students in specialized settings
- Strong classroom management and IEP development skills
- Ability to collaborate with para-professionals, therapists, and family members
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in compliance with state guidelines
- Deliver direct instruction to small groups of 10–14 students, depending on assignment
- Supervise and mentor para-professional staff (ECSE assignment)
- Track student progress and adjust methods as required
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with colleagues and student support teams
