Your primary responsibilities involve professionally servicing guests’ vehicles to ensure top-quality work and exceptional guest experience. Through our training program, you will receive certification and expertise in all services we offer, setting you up for success. Responsibilities Promote teamwork to deliver on-time and accurate guest care during all operating hours. Demonstrate excellent guest service, including clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles. Maintain the service center in a clean and presentable state. Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians. Check and communicate oil levels to teammates. Ensure tire pressure is properly inflated. Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary. Complete vehicle inspections. Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter. Clean and lubricate fittings as needed. Document all work performed on the repair order. Report any safety issues immediately to management. Adhere strictly to company policy on vehicle care and operation. Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting. Requirements At least 3 months of customer-facing experience (e.g., retail, food service, hospitality). Minimum age 18 and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Prior automotive experience preferred but not required. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, self-motivation, dependability, and teamwork. Responsibility, attention to detail, problem identification, and decision-making. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks including bending and squatting. Willingness to work in varying temperatures, loud environments, and around exhaust fumes. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
