We are excited to announce that we are expanding our team and are looking for Order Processor & Data Entry Associates to join us in Camden, Delaware.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Order, data entry and shipping system operation
- Fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles in a safe and secure manner.
- Ensuring timely and professional delivery of products to customers.
- Maintaining inventory accuracy through regular audits.
- Communicating effectively with customers, team members, and management.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and company procedures during fulfillment and delivery tasks.
- Handling returns and exchanges according to company policies.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to operate computer and/or laptop in advanced levels
- Working Knowledge with ZenDesk or any other order processing/ticketing tool
- Working Knowledge with task management tools such as:
ASANA, Trello, Workday, Monday - Working Knowledge with inventory & logistics software, SAAS or applications.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery role is preferred but not required.
- General knowledge of warehouse terminology and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 25kg)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) is desirable.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Compensation
- Starting at $18.00-$19.00 per hour (Experience level subject to negotiation)
Schedule
Candidate choice of Two shifts are available:
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Monday - Friday, 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM
