Hiring Caregivers in Spring – Steady Hours Available

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team at Touching Hearts at Home - North Houston in Harris County, Texas. As a Caregiver with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors, individuals with medical conditions or disabilities, and those in transition from hospital to home.

About the Role:

As a Caregiver with Touching Hearts at Home - North Houston , you will provide companion-based care to our clients, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility. You will also maintain a safe and healthy environment, assist with light household chores, and engage in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being. Our Caregivers work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, and may provide care for several hours per visit or up to 24 hours, seven days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility

• Assist with light household chores, meal preparation, and management of medication

• Engage in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being, such as conversation, reading, and playing games

• Maintain a safe and healthy environment, including managing personal care items and supplies

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals

• Document care provided and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience as a Caregiver (training provided)

• Ability to lift and transfer clients, with or without assistance

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
