Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best‑in‑class coaching, curriculum, and communication. Training Coaches receive comprehensive training for certification, including developmentally appropriate coaching techniques. Coaches are routinely evaluated and undergo ongoing training. The coach selection process evaluates the ability to coach soccer and, more importantly, the ability to engage and inspire children. Customer Service Team members must be excellent communicators with children, parents, partners, and each other. Team understands the importance of timely, responsive communication. Curriculum Developmentally appropriate curriculum emphasizes character development and skill building. Program created under the guidance of childhood education specialists, professional soccer players, and licensed soccer coaches.
