Substance Use Counselor & Case Manager

RadNet, Inc.

You will assist clients with special issues, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with other agencies. An Associate Degree or a relevant OASAS-approved certification is required, along with at least one year of experience in substance abuse treatment.
