Key Responsibilities\n

  • Deliver individual and couples therapy tailored to the needs of clients across various age ranges and backgrounds, with a focus on addressing emotional and behavioral challenges.

  • Manage a full caseload while utilizing a billing service for claims processing, tracking client accounts, conducting benefit and eligibility checks, and implementing payment plans.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress through clinical notes and records, ensuring that all information is up-to-date.

  • Schedule ongoing appointments with clients, managing your calendar efficiently to accommodate their needs and preferences.

  • Demonstrate the ability to work with a wide spectrum of clinical presentations, employing evidence-based methodologies in therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and families, within the school system. This role is crucial in addressing various mental health issues they encounter, including anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, and relationship challenges. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing student well-being and academic performance, providing the essential support needed for their development.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, which may include additional bonus opportunities. As a full-time employee, you will be compensated on an hourly rate basis.
