Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full Time PM Shift

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position is responsible for assessing and administering medications to residents, reporting any changes to physicians, and ensuring effective communication with family members. The role also involves assisting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with various responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents while following the 5 Rights.
• Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, and misappropriation to the Director of Nursing and Administrator.
• Notify the charge nurse of any changes in a resident's condition.
• Assist CNAs with answering call lights and fulfilling other responsibilities.
• Update physicians and family members regarding changes in condition as necessary.
• Perform additional duties as requested.

Required Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a Wisconsin LPN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• 1+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.

Schedule

Full Time PM Shift (2pm-10pm), every other weekend.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
