Total compensation averages between $21.00-$25.00 per hour (includes base + tips). Full time or part-time positions available. Daytime or evening availability. Approximate shift times: 9:30a-5p or 5p-11/11:30p. Consistent scheduling available!

Shift Leader Responsibilities:

• Timely and efficiently open the store, either alone or with a team
• Confidently and timely prepare food items; maintain an elevated awareness of stock levels
• Accurately communicate and serve customers with joy, demonstrate thorough knowledge of all product details and service standards
• Maintain responsible cash handling and perform closing cash out procedures accurately
• Exemplify Sundae's customer service standards; execute with pride and leadership
• Participate in and contribute to all staff meetings and team cleaning tasks
• Lead a team to success during a shift by setting the example for positive customer interactions, portion control, and cleanliness standards
