Physical Therapist Location: Boynton Beach, FL Position: Physical Therapist Work Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office Office Assignment: One office location only Pay: $50–$55 per hour Benefits: Full benefits included + 21 days PTO We are hiring a Physical Therapist in Boynton Beach, FL for a single-location outpatient orthopedic clinic. This role is focused on helping patients improve physical function after injuries, surgeries, pain conditions, and mobility challenges. The PT will evaluate patients, design treatment plans, guide exercise-based recovery, and help patients work toward realistic functional goals. This is a strong opportunity for a Physical Therapist looking for an outpatient orthopedic setting with schedule flexibility and full benefits. Schedule Options: Four 10-hour workdays Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities: Conduct physical therapy evaluations Build individualized outpatient orthopedic treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, and functional movement care Monitor patient progress and revise treatment plans when needed Educate patients on home programs and safe movement Maintain accurate documentation and patient records Communicate with team members to support quality care Active Florida Physical Therapist License DPT Degree or MSPT Degree Outpatient experience required, including clinical outpatient experience for new graduates Health insurance Dental and vision insurance 401K plan with company match 21 days PTO Flexible schedule options Start your next PT opportunity in Boynton Beach and support patients as they move toward better strength, mobility, and independence.
