Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Press Brake Operator, where you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, specifically focusing on punch, brake, and utility tasks.
Responsibilities

• Operate press brake and punch press machines efficiently.
• Utilize tape measures, calipers, and other tools to ensure precision in sheet metal fabrication.
• Handle materials and perform machine setup for fabrication tasks.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace in alignment with facility standards.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in operating press brake and punch press machines.
• Experience with tape measures and calipers.
• Knowledge of sheet metal and fabrication processes.
• Ability to perform machine setup and material handling.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with brake press and laser operations is advantageous.

Work Environment
This position is for the first shift, running from 3pm to 1am on a four-day work week (4 ten-hour days). Opportunities for overtime are available. The work environment is organized, clean, and temperature-controlled, ensuring a comfortable working experience.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Germantown, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
