Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr-$20.00/hr

Shift: 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m.-3:00p.m.

Description:

We are seeking a dependable and organized Customer Service Representative support daily office operations and help keep client services running smoothly. This position involves working in an office environment where the employee will assist with permit processing, client communication, appointment scheduling, route preparation, and basic accounting tasks.

The main purpose of this role is to help manage important administrative responsibilities, maintain clear communication with customers, and support the team with accurate and timely office work. This position is a good fit for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, comfortable speaking with customers, and able to manage multiple tasks throughout the day.

The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and willing to learn company processes. Experience with QuickBooks, customer service, scheduling, or general office work is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pull permits from local villages as needed.
• Manage client relations in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer customer questions regarding quotes and service information.
• Schedule maintenance appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Print service routes every Friday.
• Perform basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks.
• Maintain organized records and office documents.
• Communicate with customers, team members, and local offices as needed.
• Follow company procedures to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Assist with general administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with QuickBooks preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable answering customer inquiries by phone or email.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Attention to detail when handling permits, routes, scheduling, and accounting tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
