Food and Beverage Director We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food and Beverage Director to lead and oversee all food and beverage operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize food and beverage revenue and profitability.
- Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and catering.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Recruit, train, and manage food and beverage staff to maintain high service standards.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial reports to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to design innovative menus that meet customer preferences and market trends.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and quality assurance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficient in relevant software and point-of-sale systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
