Benefits of working with our company include: Competitive base compensation Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) with employer match Healthcare benefits including health (with FREE care at Community Care Partners), dental, vision, life, and disability Annual salary increases Opportunity for pay advances Branded apparel GreatWork Perks with discounts on travel, entertainment, and more Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients in a friendly, supportive manner Check patients in for appointments and scan documents into charts Assist with registration forms and distribute medical records Collect and post copayments and outstanding balances; balance cash drawer daily Inform patients of care costs and collect required fees Assess walk-in traffic for potential emergencies Communicate patient needs to clinical staff Answer phones professionally and route calls appropriately Maintain confidentiality of patient information Keep reception and waiting areas clean and sanitized Provide coverage for medical records and prior authorizations as needed Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to interact effectively with people from all backgrounds Compensation: Pay is based on experience, skills, and internal equity and falls within an established range.
