We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Regional Non-CDL Driver to join our growing team of 1–5 drivers . This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting freight throughout assigned regional routes.
The ideal candidate is a dependable professional who takes pride in safe driving, timely deliveries, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Routes may vary based on business needs, providing flexibility and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.
For drivers interested in earning additional income, OTR (Over-the-Road) opportunities may also be available .
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a non-CDL commercial vehicle on regional routes
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Load, secure, transport, and unload freight as needed
- Deliver shipments safely and on schedule
- Maintain accurate logs, delivery paperwork, and inspection reports using ELD
- Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and traffic laws
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- Keep vehicles clean and promptly report any maintenance issues
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Current DOT Medical Card
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in regional non-CDL driving
- Vehicle inspection and route planning skills
- Freight handling and safety compliance knowledge
- Time management and customer service skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD)
