You're here to build what's next.Visit us here to learn more about ​Accenture ConstructAs Accenture continues to grow, you may see a variety of new career opportunities, and depending on the role and location you may be directed to apply through Accenture LLP or one of our other legal entities - Accenture Construct LLC or Accenture Construct Inc., with benefits varying by country and role, so please check with your recruiter for details.THE WORK: You’ll conduct daily, weekly, and monthly safety inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA, local, and company standards, while reviewing and updating Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and site-specific safety plans.You’ll ensure subcontractors and vendors meet safety contractual obligations before work commences.You’ll perform pre-task safety assessments to identify hazards such as fall risks, electrical hazards, and heavy equipment operations.You’ll lead risk assessments for high-risk activities—including scaffolding, trenching, crane operations, and confined spaces—and enforce control measures.You’ll collaborate with engineers and superintendents to implement engineering controls such as guardrails, PPE, and ventilation systems.You’ll investigate all incidents, near-misses, and violations by documenting root causes, witness statements, and corrective actions.You’ll maintain incident logs, perform trend analysis, and report findings to project leadership, insurance providers, and regulatory bodies.You’ll conduct new hire safety orientations and toolbox talks on topics such as fall protection, fire prevention, and equipment safety.You’ll develop and deliver specialized safety training programs including forklift certification, lockout/tagout, and hazardous materials handling.You’ll foster a proactive safety culture by engaging workers, recognizing safe behaviors, and addressing unsafe acts promptly.Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. $115,000 - $135,000 a yearCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
