Seasonal Poolside Server

Position Overview As a Restaurant Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and attending to guests' needs in a courteous and efficient manner. Essential Job Functions Greeting Guests: Welcome guests to the restaurant in a friendly manner and escort them to their tables. Menu Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of menu offerings and be able to provide recommendations. Order Taking: Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, noting special requests or dietary restrictions. Serving: Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Upselling: Utilize suggestive selling techniques to promote additional menu items, specials, or beverages. Table Maintenance: Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned tables and dining areas throughout the meal service. Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a courteous manner, addressing questions or concerns and ensuring needs are met. Billing and Payment: Present bills and process payments accurately, handling cash and credit card transactions following procedures. Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service. Top Requirements Team Up: Collaborate and help others succeed. Qualifications Previous Experience: Preferred but not required; we welcome candidates with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
