Attorney – Estate Planning, Probate & Business Law (No Billable Hours Required)

$85,000–$125,000 DOE + Bonuses | Las Vegas • Henderson • Reno

We are a small, growing Nevada law firm (2 attorneys, 7 staff) focused on estate planning, probate, trust administration, and business law. We pride ourselves on a strong culture, great teamwork, and a truly supportive environment.

We are looking for an attorney who enjoys working with people, communicates well, and wants to build a long-term career in a firm that invests in its team.

0–5 years experience welcome. No estate planning/probate/business law experience required—we will train the right person.

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Nevada Bar license or ability to obtain
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

What Success Looks Like

• 5 new client meetings per week
• Joining a networking group to meet other industry leaders and build a book of business
• Estate planning documents (our "Best Seller") executed on time and with a high client satisfaction rate or score
• Contributing toward firm-wide file and revenue targets (we're working toward 225 new estate planning clients this year
• Consistent, proactive client communication ensures response time to client inquiries (e.g., within 24 business hours)
• Growing into ownership of a full caseload within the first 90 days

Compensation & Benefits:

• $85,000–$125,000 salary DOE
