Job Description Job Description Physical Therapist Location: Longmont, Colorado Schedule: Full-Time | Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week) We are seeking a motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient practice in Longmont, Colorado , with the opportunity to step into a Clinic Director role. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working autonomously, building a clinic culture, and playing a key role in the growth and development of a practice. The clinic owner remains actively involved and will be onsite part-time (3–4 days per week) to provide support and collaboration. Additional administrative support, including a Marketing Liaison and Customer Support Specialist , will be hired early in the clinic's growth to assist with referral development, insurance verification, billing, and operational workflows—allowing the Physical Therapist to focus on delivering high-quality patient care and leadership. We are targeting a start date in mid-June to early July and are looking for a clinician who is excited about leadership, clinical excellence, and long-term growth opportunities, including potential advancement into regional leadership and future ownership participation.
