We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nursing Assistant to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. We offer Classes in house to start your Nursing Career!

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide vital signs and report changes to licensed nurses
• Support residents with medication management and administration
• Assist with mobility and ambulation as needed
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, and colleagues

Requirements:
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with care
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
