Job Summary:
An outpatient Physical Therapist position is available in Kingwood, Texas. The role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and documenting care in accordance with relevant guidelines. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, active license for the state of Texas

- Additional Information: Candidates will evaluate patients, utilize clinical reasoning for treatment planning, and ensure documentation is accurate and timely. They will participate in student programs, pursue ongoing professional development, adhere to state practice acts, and maintain licensure in good standing.
