The role focuses on release governance, Agile execution, and cross-team coordination, ensuring structured and compliant delivery from development through production.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end release lifecycle management including planning, validation, approvals, and deployment governanceCoordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product) to ensure alignment on sprint and release objectivesTrack and manage dependencies, risks, and issues with proactive escalation and mitigationFacilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog groomingEnsure high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria aligned to Definition of Ready and Definition of DoneCoordinate production releases and support incident triage, resolution tracking, and post-incident reviewsPrepare weekly and monthly governance reports covering delivery status, risks, and key metricsDrive adherence to SDLC standards, audit requirements, and internal compliance processesRequired Qualifications2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or Scrum rolesStrong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycleExperience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPointStrong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skillsLab49/ION is committed to maintaining a supportive and inclusive environment for people with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
