Event Concierge

Duties and Responsibilities Acting as a liaison between clients, resort operations, and event planning, the Event Concierge proactively resolves issues, fulfills special requests, coordinates logistics, and serves as the go-to resource for day‑of event support. This individual thrives in a fast‑paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and embodies Miraval’s commitment to personalized service and wellbeing. Qualifications Embraces the ethos and culture of the Miraval wellbeing brand. Preferred internal candidate with demonstrated knowledge of Miraval operations and resort culture with ability to create strong relationships across resort departments and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Experience with hospitality, guest services, events, concierge, or resort operations. Exceptional customer service, communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn hospitality systems. Hyatt is an equal opportunity employer.
