Project Scheduler - Operations Planning | Newington, NH

Location: Based out of Newington, NH

Advantage Technical is partnering with a global leader in subsea fiber optic cable manufacturing and deployment in Newington, NH to place a Project Scheduler who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments. If you bring precision to multi-layered operational planning and can keep critical infrastructure projects on track, we want to hear from you.

Pay: $100,000-$110,000/yr + bonus opportunities

Schedule: Regular business hours

What You'll Do (Job Duties)

• Develop and maintain detailed project-level Operational Plans of Work (OPOW) aligned with master, pier, and vessel-specific schedules
• Support weekly Project Operational Update meetings and maintain accurate locked schedule documentation
• Identify scheduling deviations and communicate impacts to the Project Master Scheduler
• Coordinate with Project Management and Supply Chain to address capacity constraints and develop corrective solutions
• Work with Factory & Sub-System Planning to ensure all planning inputs are reflected in OPOW timelines
• Serve as liaison between Fleet Operations, engineering teams, and planning groups to ensure synchronized updates
• Provide project-level schedule reporting including progress updates and variance analysis
• Support internal and customer-facing reporting requirements

What You Bring (Qualifications and Requirements)

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marine Operations Management, Construction Planning, or related field
• 5-10+ years of experience in project scheduling, planning, or coordination
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or comparable scheduling tools
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Working knowledge of forecasting and analytical techniques
• Ability to manage multiple schedules simultaneously and identify mitigation strategies

Preferred Qualifications: Background in construction and/or manufacturing operations planning a plus.
