Location: 3401 Hartzdale Drive, Suite 136, Camp Hill, PA 17011 Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours | Day Shifts | Weekday and Weekend Shifts | No Late Nights

We're hiring a dependable professional who enjoys helping customers, learning new products, and taking ownership of their work.

This is a customer-facing sales and keyholder role. You will help customers find the right solutions, build expertise in our specialty products and services, and support opening, closing, and daily store operations.

At Batteries Plus, sales is based on knowledge, trust, and honest advice-not pressure or gimmicks. We provide paid training, but we're looking for someone who already demonstrates reliability, maturity, and follow-through.

As a locally owned, multi-location business, we provide strong operational support and direct access to local leadership.

What You'll Do

• Help customers, ask the right questions, and recommend useful products and services
• Build expertise in batteries, automotive key programming, device repair, lighting, and other solutions
• Perform light technical services such as battery testing, installations, and key fob battery replacement as trained
• Work with Repair Technicians and keep customers informed throughout the service process
• Own the customer experience from greeting through checkout
• Help maintain inventory accuracy, store standards, and daily operations
• Perform opening, closing, and keyholder duties
• Support team sales goals and a dependable store culture

This is primarily a customer-facing sales role, not a bench-repair position.

Pay & Earning Potential

• On-Target Earnings: $19.00–$23.00 per hour
• Includes hourly pay, weekend premium, and sales incentives
• Top performers may earn above the listed range
• Paid training during your first three months

Sales experience can help, but it is not the only path to success. Strong candidates may come from customer service, automotive, hospitality, technical, or other hands-on work environments.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
• Availability for weekday and weekend day shifts
• Strong communication and basic math skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with small products
• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience
