Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and developing targeted treatment plans.

• Delivering individual therapy sessions utilizing various modalities tailored to each client’s unique situation and goals.

• Establishing therapeutic goals and consistently monitoring client progress through regular evaluations and adjustments to treatment plans.

• Providing teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for clients with geographical or physical limitations.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and current license in the state of New Jersey as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
\n
• An empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Effective organizational and time-management capabilities.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experience will enhance your candidacy:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
