Job Title: Repair Test Technician

Type of Role: Contract to Hire

Expected Length of Contract: Full time 

Shift / Hours: Day Shift and Night Shift

Location: Socorro, TX

Hourly Range: $21.50–$25.00/hour, depending on shift.

About the Job:

We are hiring Repair Test Technicians to troubleshoot, test, and repair server components in a technology manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with technical skills who are interested in working with computer hardware and developing their experience in the data center industry.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair server hardware and components.

• Perform hardware testing and identify component failures.

• Document repairs, test results, and technical issues.

• Assist with firmware updates and network connectivity testing.

• Follow quality standards and safety procedures.

• Support production and testing operations.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.

• Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems.

• Understanding of computer components and hardware testing.

• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

• Ability to follow technical instructions and document results.

• Experience with Python scripting or networking is a plus.
