We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As the face of our PostalAnnex location, you will provide outstanding customer service by helping clients with shipping, packaging, printing, and mailbox rentals.
The ideal candidate is a multitasking pro who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, and enjoys interacting with the community.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Welcome customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide accurate information regarding shipping options, printing services, and other retail products.
Shipping & Logistics: Package items securely according to carrier guidelines. Process shipments using various carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS) and accurately input data into the POS system.
Retail & Cash Handling: Ring up sales, process cash and credit card transactions accurately, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
Business Services: Assist customers with document services, including printing, copying, scanning, faxing, laminating, and binding.
Mailbox Management: Receive, sort, and log incoming mail and packages for private mailbox holders.
Store Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked retail floor and workspace.
Work schedule would be Monday-Friday: 2:00-6:00 pm and Saturday 9-3pm.
