About the Position

We are seeking experienced CRNAs for a hospital-based anesthesia role in Muskegon, MI , working within a medical direction care team model . The position involves handling a high-volume surgical environment (80–100 cases daily) across a wide range of specialties including orthopedics, GI, vascular, neuro, trauma, ENT, GYN, robotics, and healthy pediatrics .

This role offers exposure to a Level 2 trauma setting with multiple ORs, endoscopy suites, and procedure rooms , requiring providers to be comfortable with diverse patient populations including pediatric cases . Ideal candidates are adaptable and experienced in both general and complex anesthesia cases .

Shift Timings:
• Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 8-hour shifts
• 30-minute unpaid lunch
• Weekend coverage: As needed

Requirements

Board Certified CRNA – REQUIRED
• Active Michigan License or Compact License – REQUIRED
• Full-time availability (minimum 3 weeks/month) – REQUIRED
• Recent NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) – REQUIRED
• Comfortable with pediatric and complex cases – REQUIRED
