MEMCO is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Dozer Operator to support site clean-up operations. The ideal candidate will have experience operating bulldozers for clearing, grading, debris removal, and final site preparation. This role requires precision, attention to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Operate dozer for land clearing, debris removal, and grading
- Perform rough and finish grading to project specifications
- Push, spread, and level soil and other materials
- Maintain safe operating procedures at all times
- Conduct daily pre- and post-operation equipment inspections
- Perform minor maintenance and report mechanical issues
- Coordinate with supervisors and ground crew to ensure efficient workflow
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Experience with GPS grading systems
- 2+ years of experience
- Knowledge of environmental and erosion control practices
- Bilingual
