Ramp&Customer Service Agent

Horizon Air seeks a Ramp & Customer Service Agent to support safe, on-time flights and outstanding guest experiences in our Transportation & Logistics team. In this fast-paced, outdoor/on-airport role, you’ll marshal aircraft, load and unload baggage and cargo, operate ground support equipment, and assist with deicing support. Inside the terminal, you’ll check in guests, issue tickets and boarding passes, handle baggage tags, and provide friendly, solution-focused service at the gate. You’ll uphold strict safety and security procedures while working collaboratively with flight, ramp, and customer service teams in our inclusive, growth-focused culture.
