Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: UPMC (SimplifyVMS) Direct Program and no current placement allowed at Program: UPMC (SimplifyVMS) Direct Program.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: Clinician’s may be eligible for an earlier start date if they have recent PA fingerprint results and PA Child Abuse Clearance Results (obtained within <5 years). Graduate of a Co ARC (Committee on Accreditation for Respiratory Care) approved Respiratory program required.

Shift & Scheduling: On Call Required? No

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
