Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and organized Entry Level Event Coordinator to support promotional events, customer engagement activities, and community initiatives. Responsibilities * Help prepare event materials, displays, and supplies. * Support event setup, execution, and breakdown. * Engage with customers and prospective customers. * Communicate information about products, services, and promotions. * Support lead generation and customer engagement activities. * Maintain an organized and professional event environment. * Assist with distributing promotional materials. * Gather attendee feedback and communicate relevant information to the team. * Coordinate with team members to ensure successful event activities. * Assist with follow-up activities after events. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
