Senior Analyst II QC Raw Materials

Beam Therapeutics seeks a Senior Analyst II for quality control of raw materials supporting its gene editing platform. The role involves QC sampling, testing, and release of incoming materials, material qualification, and cross-functional collaboration within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform QC sampling, testing, and release of incoming raw materials and components
• Support material onboarding by creating risk assessments and specifications
• Interface with supply chain, manufacturing, and development teams across organization
• Lead or support laboratory deviations, investigations, CAPAs, and change controls
• Maintain equipment and support regulatory inspections and audits

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in scientific discipline with 4+ years pharma/biotech experience
• Raw material testing programs and quality control methodologies expertise
• Ability to interpret and apply compendial test monographs
• Strong knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, and quality system processes
• Experience performing laboratory investigations and out-of-specification assessments
• Cell and gene therapy manufacturing environment experience (preferred)

Compensation: $105,000–$145,000 USD
