We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist to join our team! We’re looking for a friendly, organized dental receptionist to help create a welcoming experience for our patients. Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, maintaining accurate records, verifying insurance, processing payments, and coordinating follow-up care. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and comfortable communicating with patients and supporting a busy dental team. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive.
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
- Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
- Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
