Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Manage a diverse caseload, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries with clients to promote a safe therapeutic environment. \n
- Conduct regular sessions with clients, assessing their progress toward therapeutic goals, reviewing treatment plans, and adjusting interventions as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. \n
- Develop, implement, and continually monitor personalized treatment plans, ensuring they address the unique needs and strengths of each client. \n
- Document all client interactions diligently, including progress notes and treatment modifications, to maintain compliance and facilitate continuity of care. \n
- Perform intake assessments for new clients, providing a comprehensive understanding of their mental health history and current challenges. \n
- Partake in individual supervision sessions to enhance professional growth and ethical practice, while also collaborating with other healthcare providers to coordinate care. \n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will primarily serve individuals who may struggle with various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. - A Master’s Degree in mental health, counseling, social work, or a related field. \n
- Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California. \n
- Ability to meet internal credentialing requirements for clinical settings. \n
- A minimum of one year of experience in working with psychiatric patients and substance abuse populations. \n
- Demonstrated proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, individual counseling, and group therapy techniques. \n
- Solid computer skills, including familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. \n
