What You'll Do

As an Associate Dentist, you'll provide comprehensive dental care while building lasting relationships with patients and becoming an important part of the team.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive general and family dentistry.
• Diagnosing dental conditions and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Performing restorative, preventive, and other general dental procedures based on your training and experience.
• Educating patients about their oral health and helping them understand their treatment options.
• Building trust and long-term relationships with patients and families.
• Collaborating with the dental team to deliver a positive patient experience.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Participating in mentorship, continuing education, and ongoing clinical development.

• Compensation of 30% of adjusted production or a daily guarantee, whichever is higher.
