Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health to identify their unique needs and develop effective treatment plans. \n
- Utilize various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques, to deliver individual therapy sessions tailored to each client's goals. \n
- Set therapeutic objectives in collaboration with clients and diligently monitor their progress during treatment, adjusting approaches as necessary to enhance outcomes. \n
- Provide both in-person and teletherapy sessions, accommodating clients who prefer virtual visits or who face challenges accessing our facilities. \n
- Ensure meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and regulatory guidelines while prioritizing confidentiality. \n
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to expand your skill set and stay updated with the latest advancements in mental health practices. \n
Our diverse client population includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid and current license in Washington State as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). \n
- A master’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology. \n
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and cultivate trust with clients. \n
- A compassionate and non-judgmental approach, demonstrating empathy for the varied experiences of clients. \n
- Strong organizational skills, enabling effective management of caseloads and compliance with administrative responsibilities. \n

- Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds, particularly in community settings or outpatient facilities. \n
- Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and a willingness to integrate new techniques into your practice. \n
- Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems for effective documentation and client management. \n
