We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Lead Recruiter who enjoys building relationships, creating positive candidate experiences, and helping people find meaningful work with a mission-driven team.

What You'll Do
As our Human Resources Lead Recruiter, you'll help create a welcoming and respectful experience for candidates while connecting people with career opportunities that support Oaklawn's mission. Your work will include:

• Attracting and engaging qualified candidates for roles that support Oaklawn's mission
• Building relationships with colleges, schools, professional organizations, and community partners
• Developing recruitment partnerships that help broaden Oaklawn's reach and visibility
• Partnering with hiring managers on recruitment planning, candidate selection, compensation, job offers, and onboarding support
• Hiring for a wide variety of positions across the organization, from support staff to licensed clinical and medical professionals
• Maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future opportunities

You'll partner with leaders, staff, applicants, community contacts, and Human Resources team members to understand staffing needs, share information, solve problems, and support a smooth, respectful recruiting process from first connection through hire.

• Writing skills for recruitment materials and candidate communications
• Comfort using computers and learning new systems
• Communication, training, consultation, and customer service skills
• Project management skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Familiarity with HRIS software preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, human services, or a related field required
• Three to five years of experience in Human Resources or mental health services required
• Recruiting experience preferred
