Essential Duties:

• Operate hand grinders and sanders for extended periods.
• Grind, sand, and finish parts to quality standards.
• Stack parts correctly and maintain accurate piece counts.
• Inspect parts for accuracy before completing orders.
• Lift and move parts of varying weights throughout the work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and remain aware of potential hazards.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and quality.
