Contract | 15 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations for patients presenting with CVA, orthopedic conditions, and dementia
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with discharge recommendations
• Provide home program recommendations tailored to patient needs and functional goals
• Float throughout various hospital units as needed (excluding pediatrics)
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic health record system

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington State Occupational Therapist license
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience with the ability to practice independently
• Proficiency in patient evaluation and therapy delivery

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic electronic health record system
• Background working with CVA, orthopedic, and dementia patient populations
• Prior travel therapy or hospital-based experience
