The Role – As a Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate for Your Wireless, you will provide an amazing customer experience by working directly with customers, educating them on the Verizon Products and Services we offer, and guiding them through the selection and buying process. Responsibilities Create the ideal customer experience for every customer, every day. Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process. Educate customers on all Verizon products and services. Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards. Handle all customer situations as trained for complete satisfaction. Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with assigned tasks. Complete all required training as directed by Your Wireless and Verizon Wireless. Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others. Develop professional skills to take on additional responsibilities for career advancement. Qualifications 1+ year of experience in a similar retail role, preferably with Verizon Wireless or another wireless business. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles. Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology, products, and customer service. Ability to travel to various locations in the assigned district as business needs dictate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule. Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the United States.
