At Atrium Health Primary Care One Health Family Medicine - Antiquity, our providers and staff deliver exceptional family medicine care for patients of all ages. Our services include routine physicals, women's health, well-childcare, same-day sick care, chronic disease management and more. When more specialized care is needed, our providers can refer you to some of the top specialists in the region.

• 70 Physicians and 70 APPs fully integrated across 30 practice sites.
• 100% Outpatient
• Clinic Hours Monday- Friday. Specific hours vary by practice.
• No Nights/Weekends
• Minimal Shared Call (Phone Only)
• Imbedded urgent care clinics providing care 7 days/week.
• Multiple locations to best connect physicians and communities.
• Access to additional System level care management resources and virtual technology.
• A team that honors each other's opinions and respects our physician's expertise.

Training and/or Experience Required

• Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician
• Passionate about providing patient-centered care across the wide spectrum of primary care conditions within a practice.
• Focused on collegiality, professionalism, compassion, personal growth and leadership development.
• Ability to perform common outpatient procedures desired.
