Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) Internship - Summer 2027

The Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) internship offers a 24‑week experience in Hartford, CT or St. Paul, MN. It is an hourly position with a market‑based salary range of $24.00–$26.00, plus potential performance‑based cash incentive awards. What Will You Do? Work in one of the HR focus areas: Compensation, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist, Diversity & Inclusion, Learning & Development, Workforce Analytics, Business Capabilities, or HR Operations. Complete project‑based assignments with defined deliverables. Collaborate with fellow interns to develop and present solutions on business and human‑resource topics. Assist in other duties as assigned. What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have? Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater. What Is a Must Have? Obtained or pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.
